Adam Freed

MANAGING PARTNER

Adam Freed is a Managing Partner of Cedar Park Capital. Prior to founding Cedar Park, he worked in the Private Equity division at the Blackstone Group where he focused on investments in consumer, retail, and business services. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees from the Wharton School of Business and the College of Arts & Sciences with a concentration in Finance and a major in Economic History.

Josh Rowan

MANAGING PARTNER

Josh Rowan is a Managing Partner of Cedar Park Capital. Prior to founding Cedar Park, he worked at Dune Real Estate Partners, where he focused on real estate investments across a variety of sectors. Previously he worked in Real Estate Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate and a thesis in Fine Arts from the College of Arts & Sciences.

Shawn Kianmahd

INVESTOR

Shawn Kianmahd is an Investor at Cedar Park Capital. Prior to Cedar Park, he worked in the Private Equity division at the Blackstone Group where he focused on a number of categories including multi-unit retail services within the consumer category. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree from the Wharton School of Business.

Marlon Lerer

DIRECTOR - REAL ESTATE

Marlon Lerer heads Real Estate at Cedar Park Capital. Prior to Cedar Park Capital, he worked at Dune Real Estate Partners. Previously he worked in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey. He graduated from New York University with a degree in Economics and Business Studies.

Andy Arango

ANALYST - REAL ESTATE

Andy Arango is a Real Estate Analyst at Cedar Park Capital. Prior to Cedar Park, he worked at Mountain Pacific, a boutique real estate investment firm, and the Creative Artists Agency. Andy graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics.
